Cork — 13 nights

Rebel City

One of the country's major artistic and cultural centers, famed for its many annual festivals, Cork straddles the Lee River and boasts over 30 bridges.
Change things up with these side-trips from Cork: Killarney (Killarney National Park, Muckross House, &more), The Donkey Sanctuary (in Mallow) and Bunratty Castle & Folk Park (in Bunratty). There's lots more to do: steep yourself in history at Blarney Castle & Gardens, browse the eclectic array of goods at The English Market, get engrossed in the history at Cork City Gaol, and don't miss a visit to Blarney Stone.

To see more things to do, photos, and more tourist information, refer to the Cork road trip planning website.

If you are flying in from United Kingdom, the closest major aiports are Cork Airport and Shannon Airport. In July in Cork, expect temperatures between 22°C during the day and 13°C at night.
