Little Venice
Situated along the Alsatian Wine Route, Colmar is renowned for its German and French culture, well-preserved old town, numerous architectural landmarks, and its museums.Step off the beaten path and head to Grand Rue De Colmar and Dolder Tower. Change things up with these side-trips from Colmar: Route des Cretes (in La Bresse), Gerardmer (Gerardmer Ski & Observatoire de Merelle) and Musee des Eaux de Vie (in Lapoutroie). There's lots more to do: wander the streets of Little Venice, don't miss a visit to Statue of Liberty, contemplate the long history of Maison Schongauer, and admire the landmark architecture of Salle du Corps de Garde.
