Busan

Traveling by flight from Seoul to Busan takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. Plan for a bit warmer temperatures traveling from Seoul in December, with highs in Busan at 10°C and lows at 0°C. On the 25th (Sat), you'll travel to Suwon.

Suwon

The city of Suwon lies close to the country's capital, and brings in visitors on day trips, mainly to see its old city walls.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Hwaseong Fortress and Gwanggyosan Mountain.

Traveling by flight from Busan to Suwon takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. Traveling from Busan in December, things will get little chillier in Suwon: highs are around 5°C and lows about -5°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 29th (Wed) to allow time for the car ride to Seoul.
