Aptly nicknamed the Eternal City, Rome is the birthplace of the Roman Empire, one of the world's greatest civilizations ever.
You've added Mausoleo di Santa Costanza, Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza Navona, and other attractions to your itinerary. Explore hidden gems such as Church of St. Louis of the French and Stanze di Raffaello. Do some cultural sightseeing at Colosseum and Palatine Hill. There's much more to do: admire the masterpieces at Villa Farnesina, pause for some serene contemplation at Chiesa di Sant'Ignazio di Loyola, make a trip to Piazza del Popolo, and delve into the distant past at Forum of Augustus.

Considered a cultural, artistic, and architectural jewel of Italy, Florence is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance.
You've now added Synagogue and Jewish Museum of Florence to your itinerary. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Pitti Palace and Centro Storico di Siena. Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Duomo di Siena will appeal to history buffs. Get out of town with these interesting Florence side-trips: Tenuta Torciano (in Ulignano), Castello di Monteriggioni (in Monteriggioni) and San Gimignano (Piazza della Cisterna, San Gimignano Bell Tower, &more).
