Along the Dalmation Coast, the city of Dubrovnik has become famous for its pedestrian-only Old Town surrounded by fortress walls, and its historical heft has earned it World Heritage Site status.
Walls of Dubrovnik and Church of Saint Blaise will appeal to history buffs. Step out of the city life by going to Island of Lokrum and Sunj Beach. Step out of Dubrovnik with an excursion to Cavtat Old Town in Cavtat--about 34 minutes away. Dedicate the 21st (Sat) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area.
