Modern yet historic, Málaga is a lively city famous for being the birthplace of Pablo Picasso.
Step out of the city life by going to Burriana Beach and Butterfly Park of Benalmadena. Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Alcazaba and Basilica of Santa Maria de la Victoria. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Malaga: Bioparc (in Fuengirola), Marbella Old Quarter (in Marbella) and La Carihuela (in Torremolinos). Brussels, Belgium to Malaga is an approximately 5.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train and flight; or drive. Traveling from Brussels in July, expect Malaga to be somewhat warmer, temps between 36°C and 24°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 27th (Sat) early enough to go by car to Granada.

Kick off your visit on the 27th (Sat): steep yourself in history at Casa-Museo de Manuel de Falla, then stroll through Generalife, and then explore the historical opulence of Alhambra. On the 28th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: steep yourself in history at Mirador de San Nicolas, explore the world behind art at Monasterio de la Concepcion, then take a stroll through Albayzin, and finally admire the striking features of Cathedral and Royal Chapel.

You can drive from Malaga to Granada in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. Traveling from Malaga in July, you will find days in Granada are somewhat warmer (40°C), and nights are about the same (22°C). Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 29th (Mon) to allow time for the car ride to Cordoba.

Renowned for its deep gorge, the quaint, whitewashed village of Ronda has preserved its charm as an Andalusian country village.
Appreciate the collections at Museo Lara and Scott Simpson Fine Art. Bodega Garcia Hidalgo and Baños Arabes are good opportunities to explore the local culture. When in Ronda, make a side trip to see Riding Fun In The Sun in Casares, approximately 1h 15 min away. And it doesn't end there: explore the striking landscape at El Tajo de Ronda, explore the world behind art at Museo Del Bandolero, step into the grandiose world of Palacio de Mondragon, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at Iglesia de Santa Maria la Mayor.
