The Town of Frisco is a Home Rule Municipality in Summit County, Colorado, United States. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Frisco: Independence Pass (in Aspen) and Betty Ford Alpine Gardens (in Vail). There's still lots to do: let the river carry you with a rafting and tubing tour, grab your bike and head to Vail Recreation Path, make a trip to Loveland Pass, and stroll through Blue River Sports.

Glenwood Springs occupies a scenic location at the junction of the Colorado River and the Roaring Fork River, halfway between Vail and Aspen along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains.
Venture out of the city with trips to Aspen (Maroon Bells, Maroon Lake Scenic Trail, &more). When traveling from Steamboat Springs in September, plan for little chillier days in Glenwood Springs, with highs around 59°F, while nights are about the same with lows around 42°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 9th (Fri) early enough to catch the flight back home.
