An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Start off your visit on the 30th (Mon): pause for some serene contemplation at Rovaniemi Church, stroll the grounds of German Soldier s Cemetery, and then make a trip to Santa Claus Village. On your second day here, identify plant and animal life at Wildlife Areas.
