— 7 nights

Town Too Tough to Die

Founded in 1877 as a mining camp, Tombstone became one of the most storied towns of the "Wild West." As one of the last frontier boomtowns in the United States, Tombstone prospered between 1880 and 1890, attracting cattle rustlers and outlaws.
Take a break from the city and head to Kartchner Caverns State Park and Turquoise Valley Golf Course. Popular historic sites such as Boothilll Graveyard and Our Lady of the Sierras - A Marian Shrine are in your itinerary. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Tombstone: Elgin (Callaghan Vineyards, Flying Leap Vineyards & Distillery, &more), Sonoita (Arizona Hops and Vines & Dos Cabezas WineWorks) and Willcox (Chiricahua National Monument, Coronado Vineyards, &more). Next up on the itinerary: steep yourself in history at Allen Street, indulge your thirst for a good beer at Old Bisbee Brewing Company, take an in-depth tour of Tombstone's Historama, and look for gifts at Johnny One Dog's Tombstone Sarsaparilla.
