Naples

Naples is the capital of the Italian region Campania and the third-largest municipality in Italy after Rome and Milan. When in Naples, make a side trip to see Villa dei Misteri in Pompeii, approximately Pompeii away. There's lots more to do: don't miss a visit to Pompeii Archaeological Park, admire the masterpieces at Museo Cappella Sansevero, brush up on your military savvy at Galleria Borbonica, and appreciate the extensive heritage of Underground Naples.

Matera

Famous for its resemblance to the ancient settlements of Jerusalem and Cappadocia, Matera remains one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world.
