11 days in Seoul Itinerary

One of east Asia's major cultural and financial centers, Seoul boasts five World Heritage Sites and a huge selection of museums, temples, shrines, palaces, parks, gardens, and glass-and-steel skyscrapers.

Take a break from the city and head to Cheonggyecheon Stream and Bukhansan National Park. Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Gyeongbokgung Palace and DMZ Haemaru Village. Explore Seoul's surroundings by going to Korea National Arboretum (in Pocheon), Mulhyanggi Arboretum (in Osan) and Nami Island (in Chuncheon). Spend the 8th (Sat) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's lots more to do: wander the streets of Insadong, make a trip to N Seoul Tower, take an in-depth tour of National Museum of Korea, and take in nature's colorful creations at Namsan Park.
