Virtually unchanged for the last six centuries, Venice is actually a group of islands made famous by a series of canals, bridges, monuments, piazzas, and narrow pedestrian lanes.
On the 15th (Sat), explore the activities along Canal Grande, then wander the streets of Cannaregio, then explore the world behind art at Peggy Guggenheim Collection, and finally take in the views from Ponte di Rialto. On the 16th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: admire the striking features of Basilica di San Marco, then get to know the fascinating history of St. Mark's Square, and then admire the landmark architecture of Doge's Palace.

Considered a cultural, artistic, and architectural jewel of Italy, Florence is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance.
On the 17th (Mon), take in panoramic vistas at Campanile di Giotto, get great views at Piazzale Michelangelo, then explore the world behind art at Pitti Palace, and finally snap pictures at Ponte Vecchio. On your second day here, admire the masterpieces at Uffizi Galleries, take in the spiritual surroundings of Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, appreciate the extensive heritage of Piazza del Duomo, then get engrossed in the history at Basilica di Santa Croce, and finally see the interesting displays at Galleria dell'Accademia.
