You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.
Get a sense of the local culture at Matthias Church and St. Stephen's Basilica (Szent Istvan Bazilika). Get some historical perspective at Fisherman's Bastion and Hősök tere. And it doesn't end there: see the interesting displays at House of Terror Museum, explore the historical opulence of Buda Castle, get engrossed in the history at Museum of Ethnography (Neprajzi Muzeum), and contemplate the long history of Liberty Statue.

Traveling from Dubai to Budapest, you'll gain 3 hours due to the time zone difference. Start off your visit on the 7th (Mon): step into the grandiose world of Bratislava Castle, explore the historical opulence of Devin Castle (hrad), then take in the spiritual surroundings of St Elizabeth's / Blue Church, then pause for some photo ops at Cumil, and finally get engrossed in the history at SNM prírodovedné múzeum.

You'll explore and learn at Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien and Albertina. Get some cultural insight at Imperial Palace (Hofburg) and Schonbrunn Palace. Traveling by car from Bratislava to Vienna takes an hour. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. In May in Vienna, expect temperatures between 22°C during the day and 11°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Fri) so you can travel to Prague.
