Nestled in a kingdom of mountains and fjords, the scenic village of Flam serves as a good base for exploring some of the most beautiful sights of Norwegian nature.
On the 20th (Tue), take an exotic tour of FjordSafari, then look for gifts at Memories from Flam, and then take in the dramatic scenery at Brekkefossen. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 21st (Wed): take in the dramatic scenery at Kjelfossen Waterfall, then take in the dramatic natural features at Naeroyfjord, and then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Bakka Church.

A lively seaport renowned for its high concentration of Art Nouveau buildings, Alesund stretches over seven islands and features a compact city center almost entirely surrounded by water.
