Cairo, Egypt to Zurich is an approximately 7-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of car and ferry. Traveling by flight from Zurich to Geneva takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. In January, daytime highs in Geneva are 6°C, while nighttime lows are 0°C. You will have some time to spend on the 6th (Fri) before leaving for home.
