Pula — 9 nights

It's the mild climate and calm seas of Pula that draw visitors to the southernmost point of the Istrian peninsula, but the city's ample Roman architecture is a key reason they stay.
You've now added Museum Olei Histriae to your itinerary. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Pula: Pino Rossi Vina (in Vizinada), Groznjan Hilltop village of artists, Istria, Croatia (in Groznjan) and Kamenjak National Park (in Premantura). Spend the 14th (Sat) exploring nature at National Park Brijuni. There's much more to do: delve into the distant past at Pula Arena, admire the landmark architecture of Arch of the Sergi, kick back and relax at Mali Bok, and meet the residents at Aquarium Pula.

For reviews, photos, and more tourist information, go to the Pula trip website.

Expect a daytime high around 34°C in August, and nighttime lows around 20°C.
