Theme Park Capital of the World

For most people, any mention of Orlando immediately conjures up images of sprawling theme parks filled with characters plucked right out of popular animated movies.
Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum and SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology. Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine and Tolomato Cemetery. Get out of town with these interesting Orlando side-trips: Dinosaur World (in Plant City), Ponce Inlet (Marine Science Center & Lighthouse Point Park) and Tampa (Sacred Heart Catholic Church & Bayshore Boulevard). Pack the 3rd (Sat) with family-friendly diversions at Universal Orlando Resort. There's much more to do: make an unforgettable trip to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, get in on the family fun at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, see the interesting displays at Madame Tussauds Orlando, and make a trip to Tree of Life.

For other places to visit, ratings, photos, and other tourist information, read Orlando visit planning site.

Muskegon to Orlando is an approximately 4.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a bus. Traveling from Muskegon in April, things will get warmer in Orlando: highs are around 84°F and lows about 65°F. On the 11th (Sun), you'll have the morning to explore before heading back home.
