On the 1st (Wed), take in nature's colorful creations at The Baha'i Gardens. Istanbul, Turkey to Haifa is an approximately 7-hour combination of flight and train. You can also do a combination of shuttle, flight, and train. You'll gain 1 hour traveling from Istanbul to Haifa due to the time zone difference. Traveling from Istanbul in May, expect Haifa to be somewhat warmer, temps between 31°C and 23°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 3rd (Fri) early enough to travel to Eilat.

You can do a combination of train and flight from Haifa to Eilat in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or do a combination of train and bus. Expect somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Haifa in May: highs in Eilat hover around 42°C, while lows dip to 26°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 5th (Sun) early enough to go by car to Sde Boker.

On the 10th (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: explore the ancient world of Temple Mount, steep yourself in history at Dome of the Rock, admire the striking features of Church of Saint Anne, then contemplate the long history of Mt of Olives, then steep yourself in history at Jaffa Gate, and finally wander the streets of Old City of Jerusalem.
