Finland's largest and most populated metropolis, the maritime town of Helsinki boasts varied architecture, a lively cafe culture, and plethora of picturesque natural delights.
Head to Old Market Hall and Kamppi Shopping Centrefor plenty of shopping. Sea Fortress Suomenlinna and Helsinki Cathedral are good opportunities to explore the local culture. The adventure continues: take in the architecture and atmosphere at Temppeliaukio Church, wander the streets of Katajanokka, view the masterpieces at Arkadia International Bookshop, and get a taste of the local shopping with Galerie Forsblom.

Finland's largest and most popular ski resort, the fell of Levi provides excellent slopes and lively nightlife in an enchanting setting.
Take a break from the city and head to Levi Ski Resort and Elan Ski Shop & Rental. Venture out of the city with trips to Powerun Adventures (in Kolari) and Seven Fells Up (in Akaslompolo). It doesn't end there: delve into the lush surroundings at Foxfires Arctic Spa Sauna Experience and take in the exciting artwork at LUVATTUMAA - Levi Ice Gallery.

You can fly from Helsinki to Levi in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of train and bus. In March, Levi is a bit cooler than Helsinki - with highs of 0°C and lows of -10°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 14th (Tue) early enough to drive to Rovaniemi.

An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
