An urban center set amongst the great Arctic wilderness, Rovaniemi serves as the capital of Lapland province.
Kick off your visit on the 26th (Mon): see Santa Claus Office, get the adrenaline pumping with an extreme tour, then look for all kinds of wild species at Napapiirin Porofarmi, and finally don't miss a visit to Santa Claus Village. On the 27th (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: revel in the low prices at Marttiini Store Old Factory, then get to know the resident critters at Ranua Zoo, then make a trip to Lordi's Square, and finally get engrossed in the history at Arktikum.
