Along the Dalmation Coast, the city of Dubrovnik has become famous for its pedestrian-only Old Town surrounded by fortress walls, and its historical heft has earned it World Heritage Site status.
Start off your visit on the 3rd (Tue): pause for some serene contemplation at Church of Saint Blaise. On your second day here, take a stroll through Old Town and then appreciate the extensive heritage of Walls of Dubrovnik.

Valletta, Malta to Dubrovnik is an approximately 8-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and bus; or do a combination of ferry and bus. Traveling from Valletta in September, expect Dubrovnik to be slightly colder, temps between 29°C and 20°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 5th (Thu) early enough to travel to Prague.

Prague lures millions of tourists each year with its World Heritage-listed medieval city center--a labyrinth of narrow lanes, bridges, cathedrals, and palaces overlooked by a thousand-year-old castle.
Kick off your visit on the 6th (Fri): wander the streets of Old Town Square, then explore the historical opulence of Prague Castle, then take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Vitus Cathedral, and finally get to know the fascinating history of The Vrtba Garden. On the next day, contemplate the long history of Vyšehrad National Cultural Monument, don't miss a visit to Charles Bridge, explore the different monuments and memorials at Old Jewish Cemetery, then take some stellar pictures from Prague Astronomical Clock, and finally take a stroll through Mala strana.

Traveling by flight from Dubrovnik to Prague takes 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of bus and flight; or drive. Traveling from Dubrovnik in September, things will get little chillier in Prague: highs are around 22°C and lows about 12°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 7th (Sat) so you can travel to Krakow.

One of Poland's oldest cities, Krakow sits at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains, its historical town center nestled on the left bank of the Vistula River.
Start off your visit on the 8th (Sun): explore the historical opulence of Wawel Royal Castle, then take in the spiritual surroundings of Wawel Cathedral, then take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Mary's Basilica, and finally have fun and explore at HistoryLand.
