A Young Spirit Located in an Ancient Land

Famous as the birthplace of legendary poet Nizami, Ganja is a truly ancient city still bearing traces of the myriad kingdoms and empires that ruled over it in the past.
Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Ganja State Puppet Theatre and The Alexander Nevsky Church. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Khan's Garden and Mausoleum of Javad Khan. Spend the 9th (Fri) exploring at Lake Goygol. There's more to do: browse the different shops at Ganja Mall.
