Castara Bay, Tobago

(4.7/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
Stop and enjoy the memorable scene of brightly colored fishing boats, coconut trees blowing in the warm breeze, and a picturesque untouched beach at Castara Bay. Situated on the north coast of Tobago, the bay stretches to just over 300 m (984 ft) over golden sands surrounded by a small fishing community. Clear, calm, glittering waters provide a great place for snorkeling, particularly at the northern end of the bay. Swimming and kayaking is also popular here. Enjoy a lazy day at the beach, then head into the village for some delicious sea food with the friendly locals. • The village and the people are some of the most welcoming people in the world. The weather is perfect and your away from the hustle of the city. Nice choices of restaurants but Tobago style.
  • A beautifull little bay with a massive personality. A traditional fishing village. The people are warm and friendly and know how to party. Have fallen in love with Castara and Tobago.
