  • It is better to start climbing the small Tower (3 euros) and admire the beautiful view up there, that's not that high! From there you can see the city of Aachen-ALE, smoking chimneys on large colony-ALE, the Dutch side refineries and some pasture. Some 600 m down the street to get to the three-border landmark and the highest point of the Netherlands. It's nice pass there in any season and if you're close by visiting Maastricht or Aachen, but not need to divert its route just to go there.
