  • By accident we walked by this mall and I was immediately surprised how beautiful it was. Definitely worth to walk through.

  • Unless you are a shopaholic, you should spend your time better at nearby bars, restaurants, coffee shops, or on historical or cultural sites.  more »
  • This passage is a must-see in the Hague if you are a shopping fan. The stores are very expensive but the architectural structure is amazing.  more »

  • Great place for breakfast, lunch, dinner or anything in between. The restaurant just has a good vibe, friendly staff and really delicious food. The menu has a variety of foods so you can be sure there is something on there that you like. Prices are really fair, affordable. Try the chocolate soufflé!
  • Loved the food, huge portion and great quality. The passage is so good for sitting outside and watch the crowd walk past.
  • Good food for an affordable price. However, the last time we ate at this place it took more than an hour to get some food as they forgot our order. We were compensated with a free drink, which also took 20 minutes before they came. Skipped desert because we did not want to wait another 45 minutes.... Hope the service will improve soon because it was terrible.
  • Food and service was fine. A very good location for lunch after a long hour of shopping 😊
  • Having been going to Du Passage frequently for over 3 years, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. Staff used to be upbeat and happy, now it is almost a pain for them to serve. I appreciate that working in a restaurant is very labour demanding job, I myself worked for a restaurant for several months. Nonetheless, what made the restaurant so great was the service, talking to staff as the served you and hearing your stories. Now, I had a server who didn't even say hello when approaching my table to take my order, they just stood there and waited for us to say our order. To further add to this, the staff got 2 orders wrong. A friend who I was dining with does not eat bacon, so enquired about the dishes without. My friend chose a starter from the specials of the day, and mentioned to the staff that they don't eat bacon. The staff member failed to raise the point that the soup had bacon - the ingredients of the soup were not listed on the blackboard. We ended up having to re-order and pay for both dishes. Poor lack of awareness and care for the customer. There was another incident where I enquired about a burger Du passage had - two patties of beef with cheese and vegetables - amazing taste! However, when I asked the staff member what happened, they looked at me, paused and said that 'we don't make it anymore'. I asked why out of curiosity, and they replied, 'because we don't feel like it'. I felt the tone was slightly rude. What was once my favourite place to eat in The Hague for atmosphere, quality of food and service is now near the bottom. I don't blame the individual staff members, I cite the problem being the working culture, whether it is a lack of staff or energised culture. That is a management issue.
