  • Nice collection but especially the modern décor and super easy-to-use app that will make you own phone can use for a guided tour of the museum.

  • Not so little that some of the comments suggest, even if a good hour and a half just in effect to make the whole permanent collection unhurried. The lobby to the sub floor is rather cold, but the two exhibition floors are richly decorated and rather warm. Without being an art lover, it was a nice experience.

  • Very Chamber, very cozy, leaves a bright recollection of the Hague. Good collection of Dutch artists. And, of course, Vermeer. Dreamed of look at "Girl with a Pearl Earring". A dream come true. For quiet contemplation of better to come to the opening and go immediately to the top floor, while the ubiquitous customers not surrounded the picture. Silence, serenity and incredible light coming from this picture. Of course talking about the subjective perception. At Vejmeera there are two pictures in this gallery: "view of Delft" (just opposite the girl with earring) and Diana and her nymphs ". Large collection of Rembrandt (mainly portraiture), as well as his famous painting "the anatomy lesson of Dr. nicolaes tulp". This picture of herding a lot of visitors, but the picture is very "lover".

  • The building and entrance looks lovely after the renovation they did. Enjoyed the paintings on display. Mauritshuis is mostly known for hosting the Girl with the Pearl Earring, but there are also some great Rembrandts and Hals paintings. Not impressed by the modern painting effect they did on the decorative ceilings of a historic type building. You can store your bags and your coats before entering. The art museum is only a 10 minute walk from the The Hague Central train station.
  • A very great museum with very beautiful magnificant paintings in it. Especially paintings from the golden age of Netherlands. You can download a special APP by your smart phone and then you can get instructions of these paintings in many launguages.
  • If you appreciate the Dutch golden age of art and the Dutch old masters, this is a must-go.. Not too big, but enough to start feeling your feet after a while ;) Top quality collection.
  • Beautiful museum with an outstanding collection of artwork. Small but well worth the visit
  • Must go museum for Dutch painters' lovers. Some of the most famous paintings for Vermeer, Rembrandt and Jan Steen. Definitely recommended for anyone in Den Haag.
