  • More than two hours gedad doorbegracht, if we had more time, we were a little longer, 4 to 5 hours. Daughters of 6 and 9, were actually too large for the exhibition for children from 1 to 6, but they have a lot of fun there anyway with an hour played. Many books heroes from their earliest youth came along. The exhibition for 7 and older was exciting and challenging, sometimes a bit chaotic, but you can easily get the reward at the end. The exhibition is creative, modern and interactive.

  • A great place to visit with younger children! I did not have very high expectations upfront, but the way the museum managed to make the books interactive is truly remarkable. Each book has its own room and children can sneak through little holes from one story to the other. Only minor downside is the small access elevator which makes it quite hard to reach with an oversized stroller.
  • Great place to discover Dutch children's literature, with amazing exhibitions which our kids (3 and 1) greatly enjoyed. Very much worth your visit, also if you're not Dutch or Dutch-speaking. Much is also available in English, and otherwise it's like a giant and wonderful playground. For all ages.
  • If only English options were available for the entire museum.
  • Great experience for kids.
  • Great for childeren to learn and play
