  • Visit the gemeentemuseum Den Haag is double cross worth. For those who are interested in Visual Arts this museum is very worthwhile, especially also because of the many changing exhibitions on high level. During or after a visit can relax in the indoor garden restaurant and of course eating or drinking coffee.

  • The Municipal Museum of the city of the Hague takes it to go there. Take a combined for 4 museums to 12,50 euro ticket, it's really interesting to visit: Mauritshuis, the municipal museum, the Gallery of paintings by the prince Guillaume, and with the instruments of torture prison (the latter, we didn't want to visit). Also, visit the "Bredius" Museum, installed in an old mansion.

  • Excellent museum! Great selection. Beautiful space. The basement was surprising, which just shows the range of this place. Gift shop also has a lot of great items. Easy to reach: a tram stops right in front of the building. Also easily accessible for those with disabilities.
  • fantastic de stijl collection and great new exhibits every few months...my favorite museum in the hague
  • An amazing De Stilj and Moondriaan collection, a beautiful section con Delft pottery, select and well done temporary exhibits. Good café and confortable courtyard. The building is also of interest. Recommended.
  • Not only the paintings by Mondriaan, but the building designed by Berlage are both well worth a vsit. For kids the special exhibition in the basement could be interesting, but they are better entertained in the nearby Museon.
  • The building itself is already art: spacious, well lit, intricately designed and yet easy to navigate. The silver collection was my favorite as well as Toorop's work. All-in-all, this is probably my favorite museum in the Netherlands.
