  • The Galerij contains one of the oldest collections of paintings in Europe and displays these treasures in the way Prins Willem did. The walls are crammed so tight with paintings, they are difficult to...  more »
  • The Gallery consists of a small room and a larger room. Very nice collection of mainly old Dutch masters. Two downsides; 1. the paintings hang out with 4 or sometimes even 5 paintings above each other and the upper paintings are so not good. 2. you have to constantly consult the catalogue to know which painting and the painter it is.

  • The pictures are hung close together as they were in the day to display wealth. Visit systematically using the explanatory booklet provided. This may be confusing for older visitors.

  • Nice gallery (one room) however it lacks some more detailled descriptions of the paintings.
  • Hidden gem! Hosting a seriously significant collection of paintings from old masters.. Some are up on the walls so high...that to me it inhibits full appreciation.. Pity.. There is a lot in only one room...
  • very small and cozy museum, with interesting collection.
  • Simply fantastic museum of Dutch painting from the Golden Age. You can visit with ticket to Mauritshuis.
  • Nice tour. I'm not an art person but I enjoyed the experience.
