  • In 1 Word. Plenty of hiking trails. Beware of hondepoep since there are still many owners are worse educated than their dogs.

  • During our stay on the island we have fully enjoyed the beautiful nature. You can really enjoy hiking in the dunes. Every now and then you come across something exciting against itself such as a Bunker in which you can take a look. in the nature reserve browse various animals, dogs on leash so. you spot beautiful birds and a lot of wind, it is even more beautiful. Walks and paths are clearly marked and parking can be applied to various places. definitely worth it!

  • Visit in the warmer months of autumn. It will be less touristy and the weather will still be great.
  • Gorgeous place to go and relax and explore nature.
  • Wonderful place. We found a sunny weekend and it was great.
  • Egmond aan Zee is nice and quite place with wide beaches surrounded by dunes.
  • Beautiful, beautiful. Especially De Slufter. The northern cape at low tide is also not to be missed. The forest is very special too.
