  • Generally we store this kind of museums about it because we have already seen so much and think we know it though. This time we visited the silver museum with several couples and then you go of course. We were pleasantly surprised with collection and the fun and interesting tour that we had there. It is a must and we go if we again near schoonhoven come sure again.

  • I visited schoonhoven and the silver museum during the national silver day, Whit Monday, 2016. After a tour of the stalls, m.n. that stalls where newly qualified silversmiths their work showed, there was opportunity to view the museum. Preserves.! What a craftsmanship and what a patience to all this beauty, forge, and you name it. Also the new work is particularly; in many cases, objects that are created for particularly ornamental.

  • Two exhibition spaces: 1st with permanent collection and some beautiful objects, 2nd for the temporary exhibition, this time over Georg Jensen; Once there, there were only two small display cases with work by himself and the other with objects from the factory with his name. I had more of the visit expected.
