The Pier, Scheveningen

3.6
Enjoy the view from the top of the Ferris wheel at The Pier, but if you want something more adventurous, opt for a bungee jump. Multiple stands serving street food line the pier, elbowing for space with various cafes and restaurants. The pier offers fun for the whole family with shops and markets, and year-round festivals. • For a long time looking for such a place! Looks like and Nice-Promenade, the proximity of the city, and the number of razvlekateltnyh institutions and to the resorts of southern England-cries of gulls, the color of water, lanterns along the coast. Incredible selection of entertainment for all ages and wallets. On the Boardwalk-a lot of good and a variety of restaurants, pizzerias and shops. There is a casino, carousel, Oceanarium, artists, shows, parrots, bungee jumping, Ferris wheel ... Simoniz restaurant-a variety of the freshest seafood. Pearl Coast Hotel Kurhaus '. Like Palace, amazes imagination and history. The Queen of the Netherlands and nowadays in the Festival celebrates its birthday. It is open for visits, you can enjoy the art of its architecture and finishes and make a photo. The beach is well-equipped, clean the sand is fine and Nice. In General, finally after many years of traveling has found its place. You were previously required to specifically fly on the same wide, spacious, with a long strip of beach, waves of la Barroza in Spain. Now in the summer-only here! By the way-in the movie "Knockin' on Heaven's door"-this is the beach.

  • After a tired day at work, it is nice to go out at the pier. Tasty end to the day.

  • Special day out planned from Belgium. The week before we were in Domburg (what we very much liked), and ever heard how much fun Scheveningen would. What a disappointment say. The ugliest buildings of Netherlands collected on such a small piece of land. Terraces without a soul, much, much too large. Do you live close to there not in the neighborhood, be sure to choose for another outing. Even the ugliest kustgemeensten of Belgium are a Pearl at this monstrosity.

  • First new pier I've known built and not built for ships as far as I know but just for fun. With the lower deck enclosed and at least one heater to sit around in comfort with a drink is an interesting stop even in bad weather. Market stalls on a Sunday attract a crowd. Big wheel, bungee tower and community theatre at the end of the pier provide fun all week long
  • Awesome North Sea views, great food and awesome beer. Well worth a visit. Late night live music an added bonus.
  • A pier with a mass of shops and restaurants. There is also a casino and other activities to do like riding the ferries wheel which seems standing in the sea and in summer they have a zip line. In summertime they have a lot of bars located at the entrace of the pier. in winterseason there is not that much tents there... Worth to visit!
  • Superb place. you can chill around , enjoy the wonderful beach front. Go shopping , have food and beer. fun place to be . and the view is surreal
  • A nice seaside pier at the edge of the Hague's coastal beach. It is a great place to see the sunset from a platform, but the shops inside too are worthwhile to visit. The prices are above average, but the food is nice.
