  • The restaurant is a picture. They know here to pamper you with a big V. The food is as it's supposed to be. Exclusive and very tasteful and nicely laid out. In short a must. The wine is recommended by a sommelier and coffee by a barista put who knows what he's talking. The sweets were a picture to see. Here they come again.

  • A relatively unknown museum with "world collections" the world museum. Actually all you expect of a museum: it brings you on a seductive manner in contact with objects/worlds that you get out there you do daily. In an hour you stand outside as another man!

  • What a amazing experience on a Saturday morning! Besides the normal collections we came to see the AFRIKA 010 collection. It exhibits top pieces as the source of inspiration for art, design, architect...  more »

  • Interesting exhibits with nice audio tour. Impressive display of religious objects, shrines in a beautiful environment. Strongly recommend.
  • One of my favorite museums in Rotterdam, they also have an excellent (but expensive) restaurant located in the same building, which I can recommend for dinner. I believe the collection is more general historical objects from different cultures across the different continents (in short: if you like to travel, you'll like it).
  • Beautiful building and location. Was very quiet though on a recent Wednesday evening when we visited. The 4-course menu was good, without being great, which was a bit disappointing for a Michelin 1-star establishment. Ceviche of mackerel lacked the strong marinade that one typically expects with ceviche, the beetroot sauce being also quite bland. Lobster and the lamb main course were very good. Dessert with strawberries, müsli and yoghurt ice-cream was a nice play on a breakfast theme, but didn't taste that special or surprising in any way. Service was perfect, a bit on the formal side.
  • Always has nice exhibitions. The man exhibition is also worth visiting
  • Best meal I have had in Rotterdam. Great food, excellent friendly and professional service, wonderful wine in a fantastic setting. Plenty of room between tables, and a great location overlooking the river. It is expensive, but well worth it for a treat. Looking forward to going back.
