  • Programming for this cinema is plain vanilla. No arthouse movies. That is a missed opportunity. It seems as if the seating is a bit cramped, not nice if you have long legs.  more »
  • If you're looking to go see a movie while in Rotterdam, this movie theater is rather good. It has a good selection of movies, though the times are not so often, probably due to the large movie selecti...  more »
  • Cinema seems somewhat what out of date. Cheerless atmosphere. Less comfortable chairs, parking in car park goals so pay extra money (3.5 € per hour). Hassle because of detours from parking garage. Seen throughout the city. Next time prefer to Pathé de Kuip

  • its lovely they forbid you to bring your own food but don't really check. the films that play are between the 90 and 190 minutes so not too long. they offer a variety of snacks which make the cinema ecperience much better. it is also in a favourable spot for markink and a lot of restaurants are nearby
  • Great cinema! Although I wish they would stop making all these cheapass 3D movies. They cost more and don't add anything to the watching quality.
  • Imax was great! Great image and sound quality! Price for regular screening is more expensive than UGC in Belgium (I normally pay about 6.5 euro) Helpful staff! I asked to use the private lift to reach studio 5 because my wife is eight month pregnant and was kindly helped by the staff! Thank you!
  • The screens and audio is ok. However the price they ask for the horrible seats they expect you to sit in for 2.5 hours is outrageous. The buffet prices are even crazier and the products they offer lack any imagination. It's not a nice place to wait for your next flick either. Staff is often uncooperative or even rude. And before the film they bother you with anti piracy nonsense even though you just paid to watch this show. Also they ask you to look for anyone who is recording which is basically asking someone to do your work for free. It does have a good location though. If you want to go to a big cinema in Rotterdam Pathé de Kuip is better, although it also suffers from many of the same issues. If you're happy to go to a small cinema you're better off at Lantaren/Venster. De Kuip is there if you "have" to see a flick in IMAX, if you "have" to see a flick in a large cinema in the center, or if the timetables of the other cinemas can't accommodate you.
  • Good theater. Could use a bit more space for your leggs
