  • Fine terrace and lunch location in a separate building with ditto exhibitions. For architecture books you can also come here.

  • Great museum with a selection of exhibitions. One of the current exhibitions is about screen savers which was great and a reminder of the late 90s/early 2000s. As part of your admission you can see a ...  more »
  • I found it interesting, the students liked it because they themselves could. A whole separate collection in the basement Yiki??? Further I found the drag mode a lot, because it's about screensavers went, the students knew this, I found it so interesting!

  • Their exhibitions are experimental, bold, creative, expansive and with many profound meanings. I couldn't agree more to the use of the word "Institute" instead of "Museum". I'd be so proud of this place if I had been living in Rotterdam.
  • Museum for design, architecture and e-culture, definitely a must see if your interested in any of the before mentioned disciplines
  • Great for anyone who's interested in Design
  • During my visit I found this place to be bland and unsure of itself mostly. The building itself is beautiful but all the exhibitions I saw were discreet and dull. However you do however get free entry to Sonneveld House (a wonderful modernist building next door) with your ticket and that is one of Rotterdam's treasures. A must-see. Only visit Het Nieuwe Institut if you have done everything else you want to do in Rotterdam.
  • This was well worth the money (10e). The permanent exhibitions were interactive and it kept us focused all the time. Good time!
