  • A nice address for lunch or brunch. Walk around on the ground floor with extensive books shop and some fun things to see.

  • Interesting museum for new ideas. Some seems strange ,but why not. There is enough space for new ideas.
  • We visited an exhibition where you could eat also insects for consumption. Of course tried it, but when moments later there also a living worm crawled from the grilled sandwiches with salad we were less happy ...

  • Their exhibitions are experimental, bold, creative, expansive and with many profound meanings. I couldn't agree more to the use of the word "Institute" instead of "Museum". I'd be so proud of this place if I had been living in Rotterdam.
  • Museum for design, architecture and e-culture, definitely a must see if your interested in any of the before mentioned disciplines
  • Great for anyone who's interested in Design
  • During my visit I found this place to be bland and unsure of itself mostly. The building itself is beautiful but all the exhibitions I saw were discreet and dull. However you do however get free entry to Sonneveld House (a wonderful modernist building next door) with your ticket and that is one of Rotterdam's treasures. A must-see. Only visit Het Nieuwe Institut if you have done everything else you want to do in Rotterdam.
  • This was well worth the money (10e). The permanent exhibitions were interactive and it kept us focused all the time. Good time!
