  • The village itself is kind of funny, but it's very commercial. Fortunately, you don't need to pay admission to the village itself but any visits to homes etc. cost though entrance. The horse tram is fun, but that's largely due to the Coachman that juicy can tell. The ride takes 20 minutes and then for 4.0 €-per person is that reasonable to the price. We were here on a Saturday afternoon in the first weekend of October. There were no activities to admire unfortunately, so with an hour and a half walking around you have it really did.

  • It was beutiful to visit not for adult but also good for children. It was great for the family. We like it very much.
  • This town was a great find. Was browsing looking for places to stop on way to Fort Bourtange and someone mentioned this place. Glad we went, even in off season it is clearly a locals secret. An old Dutch town as it was hundreds of years ago. Small cafés and interactive old buildings closed when we were there but look charming. Definitely worth the drive, the farm roads to the north are also a treat to drive.
  • Village stands out like an open air museum very nice to visit. Many places of interest.
