  • Very interesting museum. It's about experiencing a bit how a visually impaired person gets by in the real world. They also have little games and activities scattered around the place for you to learn about your vision. I specially liked the Braille type machines where you could learn and type a card for yourself in Braille.
  • Amazing experience with a very kind guide
  • Very "eye opening" experience. We did the holidays experience ("vakantiebelevenis") which is experiencing how it is like to go on vacation as someone who is visually impaired. The guide, who is visually impaired, did a wonderful job in guiding us in the dark. We could literally see nothing. The tour took one hour. In the museum part where you can walk around freely, you can play a Dutch board game blindfolded and use a Braille typing machine to type post cards, etc. The museum part was smaller than expected but still good for one hour of fun.
  • Really spacious. I enjoyed my visit.
  • Innovative concept to introduce the visually guided to the challenges of the visually impaired. The guides are friendly and competent and really add to the experience, by answering lots of questions one typically has.
