  • Interesting museum on the history of the fortified city of Naarden-Vesting. After visiting, don't forget to stroll the medieval streets of atmospheric Naarden-Vesting itself!  more »
  • Very nice and educational museum, hidden in the fortress of Naarden. Definitely worth it and all you see is coming back to school. Eighty years ' war, disaster year 1572 and 1672, Dutch Water line and the French time all come to bid. Walk through the Casemates (tunnel courses) and you'll see all kinds of objects from that time on display. For children there is a treasure trail, suitable for approx. 9-12. Don't forget the outdoor tour culminating in a cannon shot. Children are helping with the preparation. A few suggestions: 1. Try something more interactive. 2. The movie in the powder room is interesting, but a little too long and the subtitles unfortunately does not fit on the screen of the LG .3 the Café has a limited range. If lunch only toasted sandwich. 4. You should really choose between the fortress museum or the nearby Muiderslot, Muiderslot is just more fun. (Almost all volunteers) is very friendly. The tour Mark is real gold!
