  • You can walk around here and see what's happened around the mill. You can also take a tour. There is next to the bakery where you can eat yummy cakes.

  • The food was delicious & the service was wonderful, even when it got busy. A great taste of Maastricht!
  • A unique place. It's like living the history. The mill actually works and they use it to make flour. One can find here very tasty Dutch pie (vlaai). Unfortunately if you are a vegetarian or you don't eat pork, the menu is very limited.
  • A bakery with a passion and a mission, that is the Bisschopsmolen. A good placce to visit if you like traditional, good-tasting bread and other bakery products. They use only spelt (Triticum spelta) in their products, a grain that has been cultivated since about 5000 BCE. It's usually quite busy here because the products are popular with the locals and tourists, which means it can get a bit cramped. Apart from the bakery shop, there is also seating where guests can enjoy traditional regional products for breakfast or lunch. They serve excellent coffee as well!
  • What a lovely area of Maastricht to visit. The working mill cycles water and has a nice little indoor area to read about the mill's history. Beside is the bakery which serves nice spelt baked goods, including breads and traditional Dutch vlaai in an assortment of flavours. A hidden treasure in Maastricht!
  • We tried the breakfast with the eggs and it was very nice.
