  • As you wander through Lead you should also take a look at it. It is one of the oldest gates of that still in tact.

  • The old entrance of suffering with nice bars in the area. You can walk through, but you can not get here even more. Still well preserved in the old style.

  • If you're in the city walk to either Lead the Leidse Loper. Really worth it and you come along this point of interest. Like many in Leiden, beautifully restored!!!

  • It is one of those locations you walk past regularly in Leiden and it is just such a nice view, you stop and stand for a moment to take it all in.
  • If you happen to be nearby, go there and take a look. Not that overwhelming, but interesting nonetheless.
  • Mooie plek. Niet bijzonder
  • The Morspoort is build in 1669 for the city wall of Leiden.
  • Historic city gate, named after the dead criminals who used to hang on the way towards it, to scare people into upholding the law.
