Here you can enjoy very good with small children. Nice set up. Really nice tour by Tom where you have all kinds of animals. At checkout you can get to that another fun plaster animal on top of the attic to arts and crafts paints. For many years the most fun outing of Groningen. I agree!!

We have enjoyed the nomination of Tom. The man can tell the fine and knows what he's talking about. The children may touch various beasts. They were even in line to a Tarantula on their hands. The park looks during our visit look like a hobby. If you look around you'll see that good, however you'll also see that it is more beautiful. Think this is going to be very very beautiful in the arrival, but then will have some time over it.

We had a beautiful morning with our kids (3, 1.5) in the small Zoo. The highlight was certainly, that we were allowed to watch at a screening for a kindergarten and our major subsidiary was integrated into the activities. Thank you for that! So, she was allowed to touch a hedgehog, a snake and even a Tarantula or caress, and help in feeding the Coatis. The Petting Zoo with small goats and free-range chickens and co. was also a highlight as the small playground.

One of the best places I have visited in Groningen so far with young children. Would highly recommend the guided tours as they are a lot of fun and very educational and make your visit well worth the money. The playground area for the kids is a bit limited but they are working on improving this in the near future. Will definitely visit it again.

Exciting place, well equipped for families. Bring boots for the children! At the cafe if you wish to pay via card, you get the recipe and gotta go back to the ticket cassa to purchase. Keep cash with you!

A poor Zoo, rather Zoo Gardens. We were there with 2 children and 2 adults. The Zoo was very empty and we couldn't see the referrals animal representations. The animals are locked up in the cage and not accessible to children. We were there at 12:30 and many employees were food (maybe even all), except at the ticket booth. We bought the ticket as a Combi ticket with the seal lift station for €11,50. This Zoo is really not worth it.
