  • Visited this place where they explained how cheese is made and gives you an opportunity to ask questions. See the equipment and utensils used in the process. Then see a demonstration of the old method for making clogs. Then wander through their shop tasting stoopwaffles, fruit wine and cheese. I highly recommend a visit here because it gives a good insight of Dutch tradition.
  • super good museum good staffs in english and free
  • Last Saturday a very nice day here. Tour of Farquhar was very nice and informative about cheese and clogs and much interaction. After a delicious Dutch lunch eaten smoked eel and then obviously. Very good, nice and cozy.
