  • Also for a non-strip fanatic like me is this museum fun to visit. It is spacious and you can also stroll and meanwhile gain much info about (the emergence of) Dutch (language) comics. No day trip but a few hours well spent.

  • Came in the first instance for jan van Haasteren, on the advice of the women behind the cash register follow the yellow arrows go.......... Unfortunately, those transferred us to a close door. Us away further but prosecuted death the ' maze ', also when we came out the way we were ' lost ' ..... Around walked through the museum further but no jan van Haasteren seen ... ... too bad but was unfortunately not otherwise it was now again 5 pm so it was close. A breden collection of comics, before the war to Hangman. Just a pity that the museum looks as if there is nothing for a while. There are issues here and there broken, the statue of the great founder of duck city has been damaged and incomplete. My conclussion if you like comics and are in the area I would look inside the museum itself, advice to walk a round through the museum as a visitor then I am sure that you will see areas of improvement

  • The museum does in my eyes what shabby. Is a little too much Oliver b. Bumble in the exhibition to my taste and too little diversity. The shop sells nice stuff again, but would also need.

  • Really good comic book museum if you're into drawing. They have a ton of originals, not just copies of originals, so you can really see how the different artists approached their pages. Also their span on both the number of artists and from what time they where active is great. I really enjoyed it and my husband who normally isn't that interested in art or comics loved it. All in all we spent just over 2h in there and we where planning on staying maybe 30 min. Lets just say we didn't mind not getting to the other things we had planned.
  • Leuke plek voor een kinderfeestje
  • Nice museum of comic lovers, there are also a number of activities for children (age 6-10 will be entertained).

  • The comic book museum offers really a world of recognition, but with the background information you are looking for. About the illustrators and authors more than sufficient background information.
