  • A historical building in which a Mini-Museum for the cheese production is housed. On the ground floor a store, cheese - taste and craftsmanship produced cheese compared to industrially manufactured cheese. The Museum is definitely recommended for someone who has no idea of cheese-making, the staff is very friendly and gives detailed information in different languages. For someone who is already familiar with the cheese making, the Museum offers nothing new. The taste of the cheese is fun! Of course the respective cheese can be bought here also!
