  • This church is a vital organ of Gouda: as a church, as art gallery, as hostess for many a gifted musician. It is famous for its beautiful glass that tell the stories from the Bible, as a precursor of the cartoons and Walt Disney of ' today '. I myself find the glass from "Judith and Holofernes" shocking but also great. And then there is recently the latest glass. What you will find there of? Go look and form your opinion.

  • The Church is famous for the stained glass collection, considered the largest in the country. On entering the Church deliver a catalog (in Portuguese) with the names of the stained glass Windows, and a large part of them is 16TH century. There is a small exhibition (in English) about the history of stained glass, including the period of the second world war, when they were removed and kept in a safe place. If you're in town, it's worth making a visit to meet.
