  • On a beautiful spot by the window overlooking the river ij. Very attentive service and a surprisingly worldly map. The goal is to choose several dishes because they are relatively small. Everything is very tasty but not all good. But that is the only downside. Extensive drinks menu. Also on Monday evening pretty busy. Only pins

  • So close from central station, as you only have to catch the boat and it takes you there within five minutes. The view is amazing! You can sit on the terrace, enjoy the sun and watch over the Ij and s...  more »
  • We came up with four and ordered ten dishes. Very nice to taste and share together. Super tasty and the size of the portions just right. Dear control and nice views! Any downside was that it was hot.

  • The food is THE BEST! The atmosphere is great, I always enjoy eating at Tolhuistuin. The only thing I'd like to share is that I don't agree with their explanation on how to order. Before you order they explain how it works: The dishes are small, you take 1 or 2 dishes per person and you share with each other. Then you can order a second time, whenever you're done and feel like having something else. It is a nice idea but the two times I did it like this I had to wait such a long time before they took the second order that I wasn't hungry anymore. After the first round we were completely ignored and had to walk to the bar to order something else. I also know other peope who had this experience. I reccommend taking 2 dishes per person all at the same time and enjoy it. The wine is very good as well.
  • Nice, pretty trendy place. Enough lockers to put your stuff in, 2 euros per use. The concert area is pretty small, but looks nice - includes a balcony as well.
  • Amazing selection of Tapas style food. Great atmosphere and attentive waiters. Wonderful place to bring friends and enjoy the evening.
  • Leuk intieme zaal
  • too bad ! the food was okay . but the dutchies had to be dutchies and follow their book and be un flexible :(
