  • So I decided to go on this tour while visiting Amsterdam and let me tell you it's really good and scary and very long they say 80minutes but it was more like 2 hours minimum , once you are in there ar...  more »
  • Full of anticipation and tension we went into the cell. Because we like with the Dutch actors wanted to undergo this show we had to wait. When it was our time we were taken the underground (we thought) cellars in. There were fun fright effects and in addition occasions enough to own to fill what more to scare could come, however, who stayed out. Because we were with a small group (6) we came all apart's turn to be shafted. How it happens I do not know but the actors are linked to each other because know sometimes things you do not expect. Very nice set up, given the time how long it exists at all it looks well maintained. Absolutely worth to the cellars in diving, it was less "scary" than I expected. Too bad the photos are so expensive, make this half the price and you sell them all.

  • Fun place. Kinda explains how Amsterdam was in the past (not that much), but the acts are good and fun. They interact well with the audience. If you don't like to be picked then this is no place for you. I see in other reviews people say they have no respect and such because they get mad when you touch them or touch some stuff. But they tell you before you actually start to turn off your phone and not to touch the people or the stuff. Overall good experience of 90 min of fun if you ask me :)
  • A very cool experience with great actors! Don't research what will happen before you walk in, just enter with an open mind! And remember don't trust anyone...
  • Felt good at the beginning. But, for some reason, it got bored after a while. May be it's just for me. It was like a drama and they made us feel like we were in on it. Nonetheless, actors did pretty good job by jump-scaring the audience time to time. It would take like 40 minutes and taking photographs and using mobiles are not permitted inside the dungeon.
  • Few scenes from dutch history presented as separate rooms, mostly focusing on colonial ages. They think they are funny with their presentations... but they are not... After all it's a good way to spend some time.
  • To be honest, I didn't expect too much of it - things like this aren't usually 'my thing' - but I had a lot of fun! Well acted, nice scenery, great costumes. I do feel the people manning the photo booth could be a bit less pushy, but they weren't so bad that it merits deducting a star. Also, I was with a big group of colleagues, which is probably more fun than being with a group of strangers. Still, I had a blast!
