Python Bridge, officially known as High Bridge, is a bridge that spans the canal between Sporenburg and Borneo Island in Eastern Docklands, Amsterdam. It was built in 2001 and won the International Footbridge Award in 2002. The bright red bridge spans 90 meters and was designed by Adriaan Geuze of the architectural firm West 8.

  • This bridge (unfortunately) is outside the usual tourist destinations as well as far from the Center, we ourselves have discovered by accident. What can we say? A unique bridge, for its shape and bright color. If you have the opportunity to go there, let us jump because it's worth bearing in mind that bike it takes about 25 minutes from central station. Not to be missed!
