  • There are more than a dozen screens at this theatre, wide selection of first run movies, comfortable seats, wide selection of snacks, frequent viewer offers that are top notch and very friendly staff.  more »
  • Nice place. Nice selection of food and sweets. Could have been a bit louder but it was ok. Seats were ok but good enough. Screens quite small but that could have been the theatre I was in.  more »
  • I like that cinema a lot. Its spacious and always brings all the good new movies. In the Big room the quality or image and sound are great. I go there often. Plus there is an indoor bike parking just ...  more »

  • The unlimited pass is not really a pass. Couple of conditions to watch out for: They reward their 'best' customers by: -you have to turn up 10 minutes early or they forfeit your seat. Sometimes it's just sold. then sit through 30 minutes of previews. Not designed for busy people. -they let you book >1 unlimited card for a movie online but you have to pick up the ticket 1 by 1, not under the name of person that booked all tickets. This means you end up sitting in different places to your friends. -really sub par cinema comparing it internationally.
  • Run of the mill, big chain cinema. Shows mostly blockbusters. Expect comfy seating, decent sound systems and popcorn. There are nicer (independent) cinemas in Amsterdam.
  • Another pathe! Not fancy as the hall 1 from the pathe next door but good.
  • We bought tickets...we took the queu for snacks where we also wasted time with showing ID for one beer and the slow service. Than at the entrance we couldn't pass because we were late 10-15min. Nobody said to us when we payed we should be hurry otherwise we can not enter. This is ridiculous, because before the movie usually 15min trailers and promotions...i used to go there every week and people are coming late to the room. They offered another movie what we obviously didn't want to watch. Than they gave back our money. Still i think it was not necessary procedure from the staff. From now i will go definitely spend my money at Thuschinski.
  • They should take more initiatives to make it a more enjoyable experience, like banning the plastic candy bags and emptying them into cardboard boxes, and removing the bottle caps from beers. Went to see Rogue One, great film, but I've never heard so many beer bottles opening and plastic wrapper crunching during a movie before. Distracting and super annoying. Made me remember why I rarely go to the big cinemas in Amsterdam (luckily there wasn't the usual chat chat throughout). Next time, I'll stick to the smaller independent cinemas, or Pathé City if I really need to get some 3D action (much calmer, relaxed cinema).
