  • Same caveat: because my partner and I are both very excited to photography, we visited the foam Museum, as well as this in the Huis Marseille. Definitely in the latter, go and enjoy! The exhibitions are organized top and kreativst worked up. Here you consider what really and how you present it. Everywhere there is to read something to the artist, as well as to the image. Really big exhibitions in wonderfully old and beautiful building!

  • Having visited other photography museums around the world, this one is surely poor. The building is nice but the exhibition is small and doesn't offer you insights on history and context. Good thing: ...  more »
  • Always with fascinating exhibitions, Huis Marseille is one of the best places to visit in Amsterdam. I loved the "Shores Like You" exhibition that finished today and I'm looking forward to the coming ...  more »

  • We loved the fact that we didnt need to pay for it as the City pass holder and the building and interior itself was really nice and we wish we had its garden. Some of the photography was decent as well but some of them were slightly out of our comprehension
  • Excellent photography museum whose exhibits change every few months. The building and gardens out back are also lovely.
  • While in AMS, my girl and I got lucky and had the chance to experience the photo exhibition featuring a relatively new topic. We liked all aspects of the place, from the base up it was a great place to spend about one hour of our lives. Also, the backyard garden was exactly what the doctor ordered before starting a new adventure in the city.
  • Not a very famous or usual place to visit in Amsterdam, but its unique and interesting. There is a entry fee but well worth of.
  • Gorgeous building and lovely garden. Stephen Shore exhibition was great too. Worth going even just to see inside the building.
